What you share and why
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your company name, name, email address, message, consent and the consultation topics or plan you select. The form also sends your selected language, submission time, the page or consultation context you selected, and available campaign and referral information. We use these details to answer your request, arrange relevant follow-up and understand which enquiries the site attracts. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, or another person's personal information.
How the form delivers your enquiry
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form submissions. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our support mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process information as part of hosting, security and email delivery. Information may be processed outside your country. We do not publish your enquiry or sell your contact details, and do not use them for unrelated promotional email without your consent.
Storage and security
The form receiver does not save enquiry bodies or contact details in its receipt database. A digest used to reduce duplicate submissions expires after 24 hours. IP-derived rate-limit identifiers help limit automated submissions. Hosting and email providers may also process technical connection information for delivery and security. Correspondence remains in the support mailbox for handling your enquiry and relevant follow-up; it is not automatically deleted when a receipt digest expires.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing support@yourspacelab.com. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Please contact the same address if you no longer want follow-up.
Browser storage
The site uses your browser's storage to remember preferences such as language and to carry referral or campaign context through a visit. A successful form submission sends the enquiry to our support team. Viewing a preview or an unsent draft does not send the draft's contact details.

取得する情報と利用目的
フォーム送信時に、会社名・お名前・メールアドレス・メッセージ・同意の有無と、選択した相談テーマやプランを取得します。選択言語・送信日時・相談のきっかけとなったページや選択内容・取得できる範囲の流入元やキャンペーン情報も送信されます。お問い合わせへの回答、関連するご連絡、サイトがどのような相談につながったかの把握に利用します。本人確認書類・銀行情報・第三者の個人情報は入力しないでください。
フォームの送信経路
ウェブサイトの配信とフォーム処理にCloudflareを、問い合わせ通知を受け取るサポートメールにGoogle（Gmail）を利用しています。これらのサービス事業者は、配信・セキュリティ・メール配送のために情報を処理し、お住まいの国以外で処理される場合があります。お問い合わせ内容を公開したり、連絡先を販売したり、ご本人の同意なく無関係な宣伝メールに利用したりすることはありません。
保存と安全管理
フォーム受信処理の受付データベースには、問い合わせ本文や連絡先を保存しません。重複送信を抑えるためのハッシュは24時間で失効します。不正な自動送信を抑えるため、IPアドレスから生成した識別子による送信制限を行います。配信・メール事業者が配送やセキュリティのために技術的な接続情報を処理する場合があります。問い合わせのメールは、回答と関連するご連絡のためにサポートメールボックスに残ります。ハッシュの失効と同時にメールも自動削除されるわけではありません。
開示・訂正・削除などのご依頼
ご自身の問い合わせ情報の開示・訂正・削除や、以後の連絡停止は support@yourspacelab.com までお知らせください。ご本人の確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。
ブラウザ内の保存
表示言語などの設定を記憶し、訪問中の流入元情報を引き継ぐために、ブラウザ内のストレージを利用します。送信が成功すると問い合わせが担当窓口へ届きます。プレビューや未送信の入力内容を表示しただけで、その連絡先が送信されることはありません。
